Then a month later it told me that I needed to buy it again. I tried to go through their customer service to get the problem solved. They said that they guaranteed that it would work.
It still does not work and they are refusing to answer any of my emails. And they are refusing to refund my money even after they said that they guaranteed that the product would work on my computer.
