Not sure about SkyDie but I use SPERG and Skyrim unleashed together just fine. LOOT seemed to get the one wrong, but this may be fixed by now. I used SkyDie for a while, I prefer Ultimate Combat with hardcore damage enabled and Classic Level Up instead.
SkyDie does a few retarded things, like reducing heal amount in potions so you spam more potions than you do in vanilla. You use two health potions at once, only the last one you used applies. You use one before the duration on a previous finishes, it just restarts the duration. That only applies for potion types, so you can have one of each going at the same time.
Huge improvement to the game no matter what mods you use. I did, and it is amazing. The author of Skydie tried to fix potion chugging by reducing health restored amount from potions. All it did was increasing the amount of potion you chug. Immersive potions solves several issues, like popping potions just before you are about to die.
